Selling to High Net-Worth Clients presented by Araam Inc.

As a part of the continuous support and commitment to the DDA members and their vision, Araam Inc. has partnered with Consumer Behaviour Psychologist Dr. Paul Russell of Luxury Academy to conduct a special webinar dedicated to educating the design community on Selling to High-Net-Worth Clients, because we believe in adding value to what we do and who we partner with.

People buy luxury for many reasons. Quality, craftmanship and the best materials are certainly important elements, but primarily people buy luxury because of how it makes them feel.

In this informative webinar, you will learn that not all High-Net-Worth consumers are the same, in fact they're broken down into very distinct categories, each with their own expectations.  You'll also learn how the psychology behind The Authority Principle, when used correctly, can position you as an expert who luxury consumers will pay attention to.

Session Learning Outcomes:

1. Categories of wealth

2. Expectations of each category

3. Understanding and using The Authority Principle.
